History of Practice
Ms. Webb became a licensed psychotherapist after a 24-year career in private business. Prior to the establishment of her practice at Shadow wood Clinical Associates, Raemona served as a Special Victims Advocate at the Prairie Advocacy Center and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in Shawnee County. Following an internship at Valeo Behavioral Health Care, Ms. Webb completed a fellowship program at Family Service & Guidance Center. She received specialized training in children and family therapy, and eventually accepted a full time position as a staff clinician.
During her work with children and adolescents, Ms. Webb studied with Dr. Scott Sells, author of Parenting Your Out-Of-Control Teenager, and became a certified facilitator for Parenting with Love and Limits through the Savannah Family Institute.
Areas of Clinical Interest
Ms. Webb uses a team approach to treatment, and works to create a partnership with her clients. She feels that treatment should be formulated to fit the needs of the individual.

She specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, abuse and trauma, and in offering support to those experiencing grief, relationship difficulties, divorce, family conflict, and work related stress.
Ms. Webb is particularly dedicated to the preservation of the family, enhancement of interpersonal relationships, and in assisting individuals to reach their full potential. Ms. Webb has experience providing brief solution focused therapy, as well as extended treatment for serious psychological disorders.
